When you are referred to our Endodontics Service, your Practitioner will provide us with your name, address, contact number and details of the dental issue requiring our services. This information is collected via the website’s integrated referral form, which sends the details to our secure email account.

Who we share this information with
Your personal information provided by you or your referring Practitioner is handled confidentially and is not shared with or sold to any other parties, unless we are required by law to do so. You may request details of your stored personal information, its update or deletion, by contacting us at kingswellsdental@gmail.com.

How we store your information
Personal information provided by you or your referring Practitioner on our website is transmitted by our web host Squarespace.com to our secure email account. The website is built on a server with SSL security encryption. Clinical information sent to us as part of an Endodontics Referral is subsequently stored on the Practice’s secure, password-protected computers and handled confidentially.
